The company has experience, motivation and service Diretors and staff that have been involved in a number o strategic infrastructure projects that have impacted on the lives of people living in the kwaZulu Natal and the surounding provinces. The company can thus offer a comprehensive engineering service that reflects the core strenghts and competencies of its staff and directors. More than fifty percent of the staff is female and all of the staff is from previously disadvantaged backgrounds(PDI's).

Since inception, the company has grown and is still growing rapidly, delivering infrastructure projects that meet specifications and standards of its clients.
